Have A Warranty Issue?
First contact your dealer. Proof of purchase, proof of treatment & testing (for boilers only) and appliance model and serial number must be provided. Your dealer carries parts for taking care of most boiler warranty issues. Your dealer and/or a local professional will take care of replacements or repairs neccesary to fulfill your warranty needs. If your dealer and/or local professional have any questions about your claim, Nature's Comfort must be contacted to assist them however needed to fulfill your warranty claim.
